We are so confident you will be delighted with your purchase that we are proud to offer you a 7-day no quibble returns policy.

If you are unhappy with the product you are entitled to a refund providing that we are informed by email within 5 days of delivery. All costs regarding delivery will be at the customer's expense. Therefore the refund will be given minus the total delivery and collection costs. All items must be in the original packaging. If you wish to return any item simply re-package it in its original box and, within 7 days of receipt, call us on 01482 222283 to arrange.

Of course if there is any fault with the item we shall replace it at no charge to you, call 01482 222283 and report any problem and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Our 7 day no quibble returns policy is limited:

1. Mainland, UK, delivery addresses only.
2. Customers must contact Iconic Interiors by telephone within 7 days and be able to make the return (be in for the carriers) within 14 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted later than 14 days from receipt.
3. No Saturday collections.
4. Iconic Interiors cannot accept furniture that has been damaged and furniture must be in its original packaging.
5. Unless expressly defined to the contrary 7-day no quibble returns policy operates subject to Iconic Interiors Ltd standard terms and conditions.
