A 5 Star Review in the Good Web Guide!

We have always taken great pride in the positive feedback from our customers regarding our website. A lot of time and effort goes into ensuring that it provides the right product information and also (and as importantly) it explains the ethos behind how we work and provide an interiors information resource too.

It is therefore with the understandable delight of the whole team that we have been awarded the 5 star (top rating) for our website from The Good Web Guide, the definitive guide to the best sites on the Internet.

The criteria that determines the review and the star rating is wide ranging however overall they are concerned with usability and efficiency something that Mark takes very seriously. Indeed whenever the site is changed in any way the team, their friends and families are all asked to make the 'journey' of a customer through the site, does it make sense? Do any pages take too long to download? Does it look good? If the answer to any of these questions is no then straight back to the drawing board we go.

Another point that I am glad to see is that the The Good Web Guide will not give a single star to a site that does not include a phone number but instead relies upon an email address, as a consumer I have been driven to the brink on more than one occasion by companies that want my money but won't talk to me!
